Returns & Refunds
We are proud of the quality of our products. However, if the product does not perform as described on the datasheet, we will provide a replacement within 10 working days upon receipt of products.
Please follow the instructions below when returning products:
1. Please send us the proof of the disqualified product (HPLC/GC/HNMR report etc.) for approval.
2. All requests for returns should be communicated to Amadis Chemical prior to shipping.
3. Any items returned to Amadis Chemical should be in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by us.
4. While returning purchased goods, please inform us of our Invoice number.
5. Return shipping is absolutely free.
If you don’t need replacement, the refund amount will be transferred to your online account and can be used for your next order. Or, we will process refund to your bank account within 7 working days.
